Altasciences’ Chief Executive Officer, Chris Perkin, has been appointed as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Marie-Hélène Raigneau, who has held the role of President since 2025, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Both roles will be effective on February 24, 2026.

Altasciences have been chosen by Steel Therapeutics, Inc. for their pivotal toxicology study for Fizurex™, a novel compounded topical wipe. The study is currently underway at our preclinical facility.

Altasciences is partnering with VoxCell BioInnovation, a leader in 3D bioprinting and human-like tissue modeling, to enhance preclinical research and accelerate the path from discovery to clinical trials.
